About Memorial Elementary School

In partnership with McMinnville School District, the YMCA is happy to provide Youth Development programming at Memorial Elementary School.


We currently offer a variety of fun activities that help children develop their academic and social skills in an enriching atmosphere. Educational and recreational opportunities are offered in an environment that allows children to develop at their own pace, working independently or in a group setting. Our daily programming strongly emphasizes the YMCA's five core values: love, respect, honesty, responsibility, and service.

Students from Grandhaven Elementary School are bussed to Memorial.

State Subsidy

ERDC is a DHS subsidy program that helps low-income working families access affordable child care by funding all or a portion of tuition cost. The YMCA of Columbia-Willamette is an ERDC approved provider. To learn more or apply for this funding, please visit the ERDC homepage.

Open Door Financial Assistance

Everyone is welcome at the Y. We proudly offer an Open Door Financial Assistance Program, which grants qualifying families, children, and adults access to quality Health and Wellness services, Youth Programs, and Child Care.
