At the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette, we collect requests for prayers or personal consultation through the form below. Requests that are submitted are gathered by our volunteer chaplain team, who review each and every request.

Our chaplains call or email those that wish to be contacted. We have had hundreds of prayer and consultation requests come in, and we welcome anyone who wishes to contact us.
