At the Y

Confidence. Discipline. Teamwork.

YMCA Swim Teams offer more than competitive training. They help swimmers build confidence, discipline, and teamwork in a positive, encouraging environment.

Our teams swim year-round and welcome swimmers at a variety of skill levels. Whether your swimmer is taking their first step beyond swim lessons or training for higher-level competition, YMCA Swim Teams focus on personal growth, goal setting, and sportsmanship both in and out of the pool.

Why Swim with the YMCA?

  • Positive, values-based coaching that emphasizes honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Year-round training with age-appropriate skill development
  • Supportive team culture where every swimmer belongs
  • Experienced coaches who focus on technique, confidence, and long-term growth
  • Balanced approach to competition, fun, and personal achievement

Our goal is to help swimmers develop to their fullest potential while fostering skills that last a lifetime.
