This twice-weekly, instructor-led class provides a unique blend of exercises and activities to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Each 90-minute session includes a carefully curated combination of:

  • BoxMaster: Non-contact boxing exercises to enhance coordination, stamina, and agility.
  • Gentle Strength and Balance Training: Focused movements to build muscle and improve stability.
  • Agility Drills: Exercises designed to increase quickness and mobility.
  • Stretching and Breath Work: Techniques to improve flexibility, posture, and lung function.
  • Cognitive Challenges: Activities that stimulate the brain and sharpen mental clarity.
  • Voice Exercises: Practice to strengthen vocal cords and improve speech.
  • Stress Management Techniques: Tools to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety.
