Get acquainted to workout safely
Become acquainted with our facilities. In this program, we provide basic training and information needed to use our equipment safely and effectively. Specifically for our younger members, however, any new member is welcome for an orientation.

- Functional Trainers
-
Participants gain confidence in their own abilities as they track their progress and accomplish their goals. Functional Trainers are multi-use cable stations that offer a variety of exercise options. The cable loaded weights can make your workout easier or harder as you train for movements in daily living. No experience necessary.
- Hoist Motion Cage
-
The Hoist Motion Cage has multiple stations and functions so several individuals can use the cage at once, working out on different things. The Cage offers battle ropes, pull ups, suspension trainers or a functional trainer. A Workout of the Week gives instruction on how to enjoy a full body workout using options available with the Hoist Motion Cage.
