While we have not always lived up to that vision, our Y is on a journey toward creating an organization that fully embodies anti-racist, multicultural values and advances equity for all. ​

The YMCA of Columbia-Willamette is a group of individuals operating as a team, committed to love, integrity, and humility.

 

We believe in each other and demonstrate it by holding ourselves and each other accountable, encouraging creativity and empowering each other to act in the pursuit of our mission.

 

We will create lasting impact in our communities by how we look, how we behave, what we say, how we treat others, how we do our jobs, and how we live our lives.
