In partnership with Portland Public Schools, the YMCA is happy to provide Youth Development programming at Scott Elementary School. This program is also open to Rigler Elementary School students, with bus transportation provided by Portland Public Schools.

We currently offer a variety of fun activities that help children develop their academic and social skills in an enriching atmosphere. Educational and recreational opportunities are offered in an environment that allows children to develop at their own pace, working independently and in a group setting. A strong emphasis is placed in our daily programming on the YMCA five core values of love, respect, honesty, responsibility, and service.
