Celebrate National Senior Health & Wellness Day with Us!

Join us for a day dedicated to movement, balance, and community as we celebrate National Senior Health & Wellness Day with a special open house event! Whether you’re looking to try something new or enjoy your favorite class, we have a full schedule of activities designed to support your health and well-being.

Event Highlights

Enjoy a variety of fitness classes throughout the day, plus opportunities to connect, learn, and have fun in a welcoming environment.

Breakfast for Balance (Teen Center)

Balance Testing Opportunity

Starting at 10:45 AM in the Teen Center, take advantage of our balance testing station to assess your stability and mobility.
Be sure to register in advance to reserve your spot!
