Certified personal trainer and wellness counselor at Clark County Family YMCA. Her specialties include strength and cardio training, group fitness, and senior training. She enjoys cycling, hiking, and walking her dog in her free time.

She specializes in mind-body formats to offer a holistic approach to fitness with an emphasis on having fun when working on our health and wellness goals. Caz puts importance on training to stay strong, vibrant and functional at every age.

Iain is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. His goal is to help clients improve their body's function and maximize their ability to engage in the activities they love.
