MIND/ BODY CLASSES
BALANCE AND AGILITY
Boost your balance and agility with exercises using tools like resistance bands, Bosu, and both unilateral and bilateral movements across all three planes of motion. Challenge your body and spatial awareness for improved balance, agility, and functional movement. Consider this class your fall prevention physical education – suitable for everyone, regardless of age!
BALLET FITNESS
Boost your range of motion, strength, and flexibility with exercises inspired by traditional ballet. Perfect for beginners and those with dance experience, this low-impact class lets you choose your footwear: Ballet Shoes, Barre Shoes, socks, barefoot, or lightweight Tennis Shoes.
BARRE
Energetic session blending Ballet Barre, Pilates fundamentals, and resistance training. Sculpt, tone, and elongate your muscles with this invigorating workout.
CHAIR YOGA
Experience chair support guiding you through a sequence of seated and standing yoga poses, enhancing balance, range of motion, and flexibility. The class concludes with relaxation and breathing exercises to reduce stress and clear the mind.
FLOW YOGA
Embark on a yoga journey to lengthen and strengthen. Discover the art of synchronizing breath with movement, awakening strength, energy, and flexibility in a joyful atmosphere.
GENTLE BARRE
Indulge in a low-impact barre class incorporating modified dance moves to enhance range of motion, strengthen legs, and engage the core. This session also boosts balance, memory, and flexibility, with the aid of a chair for stability.
GENTLE YOGA
Experience a class tailored to safely guide you through gentle stretches and yoga poses, enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance. Utilizing blocks, straps, and other props allows for modifications in yoga poses. Students leave the class feeling relaxed and revitalized.
OPEN TAI CHI
The area is open for students to engage in independent Tai Chi practice. No instructor is on-site. Tai Chi, a healing practice, blends martial arts flowing movements with Qi (energy) circulation, breathing, and stretching techniques.
PILATES
Experience a distinctive fusion of strength training and core conditioning – a perfect blend of exercises set to lively music that targets and strengthens your entire body.
TAI CHI
A therapeutic practice that merges various martial arts motions with the circulation of Qi (energy), incorporating breathing and stretching techniques.

Your Tai Chi sessions are literally my lifesaver during my chemo treatments. I cannot do any other physical exercise (due to nausea, "inside body pain", dizzy, etc, etc, etc.) and I count on the physical benefit but ALSO the inner peace and sense of accomplishment letting me know that I still have some control over my body.
