If you are interested in finding out if you qualify for financial assistance please download, complete and return the application to the address listed below. Don’t forget to include monthly income verification (W-2, pay-stub, voucher, SSI, food stamps, etc). Your application cannot be processed without these supporting documents and a completed registration form.
Once your application has been received, please allow us seven days to process it.
After you have received notification of your financial assistance, please send in your payment quickly because we cannot hold a spot for your child until payment has been received. Financial Assistance approvals are valid for the current program. You must complete a new form for each season.
