The Beaverton Hoop YMCA provides financial assistance for members and non-members families who cannot afford the full cost of our membership or program fees. If you are interested in finding out if you qualify for financial assistance please download, complete and return the application to the address listed below.

Do not forget to include monthly income verification (W-2, pay-stub, voucher, SSI, food stamps, etc). Your application cannot be processed without these supporting documents. Once your application has been received, please allow us seven days to process the application. Results will be mailed to you.

Financial Assistance approvals are valid for one year, however you may re-apply during the year if there is a change in your financial situation.

Submit online or mail, fax or hand-deliver the completed Financial Assistance Application Form and supporting documents to our facility. Please Contact Lynda Vinson for additional information.

Financial Assistance for Hoop Elite
The deadline to apply for financial assistance is one week prior the first night of tryouts.

Financial assistance is available for:
• Small Group ACADEMY
• Hoop Elite Teams
• Hoop Camps
• Westside basketball leagues and clinics
• Westside soccer leagues
• Westside enrichment and sports camps

Financial assistance is NOT available for:
• Small Group Training
• Private Lessons
• Tournament Fees
• Tournament Registration
• Merchandise for sale
• Café items
• Midnight Madness
• Non YMCA programs held in the building (rentals)
• Health & Wellness training and programs
