CEO compensation
The Board of Trustees, through the Executive Committee, conducts the semi-annual performance evaluation and annual compensation review of the CEO. In determining CEO compensation the Executive Committee considers a number of factors including, but not limited to, 1) salaries of other YMCA CEOs of comparable size, 2) salaries of local not for profit CEOs of similar size, 3) overall economic conditions regionally and nationally, 4) CEO performance based on agreed-upon objectives.
