Camp Handbook and Forms
Once your child is registered for camp, we invite you to read the 2012 Summer Camp Handbook. We also offer a version in Spanish.

All required forms for summer camp are available below for you to download, print, fill out completely and bring with you to camp on check-in day. If you prefer to have the handbook and required forms mailed to your home, please contact the Camp Office at 503.663.5813.
