Do you know someone that could use a little boost of encouragement and support? A single parent? A friend seeking a job? A neighbor needing help? A loved one lacking hope? C.A.R.E.S. is a free program offered by the Orange County YMCA ready to provide everyone with that much needed boost. The Bible teaches that people to not only "love God" but "love their neighbor", which is what the C.A.R.E.S. program is all about. Our neighbors include staff, members and our neighbors in our communities.

Set against the majestic backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, over 160 representatives from YMCAs all around the world worshipped together, listened to stirring messages, shared their personal Y stories in small groups, and joined their hearts in prayer.

Life is a journey! There are mountains of great excitement and valleys of deep disappointment. Working through the issues of life is not always easy. Members who visit our YMCAs everyday are walking through this journey of life -- some successfully, some not so successfully. What can we do to help them along the way?
After an extensive search and interview process, Rev. Stacey Buford has accepted an offer to become the next Chaplain of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee.
